ARTICLE VII - BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Duties and Responsibilities

The Board of Trustees shall constitute the governing body of the Church. The Board of Trustees, on behalf of the congregation, shall have general charge of the property of the Church, the conduct of its business affairs and the control of the administration of the Church, consistent with these bylaws. The Board of Trustees shall present to the membership at the Annual Meeting, a full report of its activities and proceedings during the previous fiscal year.
